Graduate Programs

Located on top of Burnaby Mountain, just east of Vancouver, Simon Fraser University serves more than 32,000 students and commands magnificant views of Vancouver and the surrounding lower mainland area. This area of British Columbia is unique in Canada and is known for its mild climate, varied recreational opportunities and highly diverse population. SFU is located within metropolitan Vancouver, offering a cosmopolitan flavour and diversity of experiences.

Graduate programs in both Computing and Engineering Science are also offered at SFU's Surrey campus. SFU Surrey is located in one of Canada's largest and fastest growing cities.

The Spirit of Community

Intellectual and academic freedom, joined with an open and inclusive community, are the foundations of this university. We are a university where risks can be taken and bold initiatives embraced; where our spirit challenges the impossible.

For a number of years SFU has topped the Maclean's Magazine rankings of Canada's comprehensive universities.

We are seeking to attract outstanding candidates into our graduate programs.
