2000 Course Deletion Review - Faculty of Applied Sciences

The following are the recommendations of the Faculty of Applied
Sciences with respect to courses subject to deletion in the annual review
of courses not offered in more than six semesters.
These recommendations were forward to
Senate Committee on Undergraduate Studies by e-mail
and accepted at its meeting of November 7, 2000.
- CMNS 224
- This course is scheduled for 2001-2 and so should be retained.
- CMNS 444
- This course is scheduled for 2001-1 and so should be retained.
- CMPT 340
- This course is scheduled for 2001-1 and so should be retained.
- CMPT 411
- This course should be temporarily withdrawn. It is planned to
be offered again in two years.
- CMPT 416
- This is the 5 credit version of the CMPT special research projects
course. Although the less frequently used than the 3 credit version,
it should be retained.
- ENSC 250
- This is the ENSC number for CMPT/ENSC 250. At present CMPT is taking
responsibility for all offerings of this course, so the ENSC 250 number
hasn't been used. However, the ENSC 250 number should be retained.
- ENSC 406
- This course is scheduled for 2001-1 and so should be retained.
- KIN 402
- This course is being updated in curriculum revisions to be
presented to SCUS. It should be retained.
- KIN 460
- This course should be deleted.
