The Faculties of Arts and Social Sciences, Science, and Business Administration have fairly simple admission requirements. The Faculty of Applied Sciences, on the other hand, has very complex admission requirements, due to the diversity of programs offered within the Faculty. If FAS continues with the current model admission promises to become more complicated over time as new programs are introduced.
This proposal simplifies admission to FAS by creating five static categories for admission.

FAS adopt a five-category model of admission as outlined above.
Each Program within each Category may set a distinct admission average threshold in order to meet their respective admission targets.
