Proposed calendar changes: MATH 150 substitution

Greg Baker, School of Computing Science

November 30, 2007

Summary of Changes

MATH 150 is inserted as an acceptable alternative to MATH 151 in all programs.

Rationale

MATH 150-4 was introduced by the Mathematics Department as an alternative to MATH 151-3 that contained additional background material. The two courses "end" at the same point, so there is no reason it shouldn't be allowed in CMPT programs.
