Members of the FAS Undergraduate Forum are invited to review the
following proposed policy on course duplication appeals and submit
comments directly to me or to the chairs of their undergraduate
curriculum committees.

This policy statement essentially describes current practice.  The major
change will be to design a new appeal form that will explicitly identify
the criteria so that students will have a better understanding of how
to make their appeals.
