In accord with the discussions at yesterday's FAS UCC
meeting,  the following document describes a detailed
proposal for B.A. and B.Sc. general admission in Applied
Sciences.

FAS UCC Paper 2004-35

This proposal is scheduled for initial consideration at
the October 5, 2004 meeting of FAS UCC.    Based on
these considerations, it is anticipated that a revised proposal
will be prepared and brought forward for final approval
at the October 19, 2004 meeting of FAS UCC.

Please provide your comments and concerns to your School UCC
representative or to me directly.
